Real Patient Engagement

You want to engage with your patients as often as possible.  That includes their individual needs (office visits, texts, emails, etc.) and through other means.  Why?  They are paying a monthly fee and you don’t want them looking at their bank statement asking themselves “why am I paying for this?”.  Here are some more conversations on the topic.

  1. so heres a question for you and the group….re part one of the article…what types of things to do people do to keep their patients engaged? is there a system you use? we have thought about doing a monthly health talk or something like that. we do a monthly newsletter but totally open to ideas so the people who ar paying monthly but are really not high touch can feel engaged?
  2. Change my newsletter to weekly and I promoted patients business each week. I also do a lecture every other month for patients and a guest
